NGO Flash of life

The goal of the project “3D printing for the Armed Forces of Ukraine” is to set up printing of parts for drones and dumping systems

Please note! This project is planned and designed as a permanent one, and that is why the NGO “Flash of Life” needs your constant help here. The project has been actively working for 10 months with a constant increase in requests. In the absence of orders from the Armed Forces units, we are engaged in improving the conditions of sale, popularization, and stockpiling of finished products based on previous experience.

Steps to implement the assistance.

This list of recommended steps is intended for organizations wishing to receive support from the NGO " Flash of Life" in the field of drone development and production. It is important to note that this list is a general guideline and may not reflect the completeness of information or specific requirements related to particular types or models of drones. Each drone development project has its own unique characteristics and requirements, so the recommendations may vary according to specific needs and conditions.

  • Step 1

After receiving a request for assistance from a particular department, the coordinator clarifies all the necessary technical data of the product. And creates the conditions for building a 3D model or searching for/receiving a ready-made model.

  • Step 2

The finished 3D model is transferred to the selected manufacturer for printing in the amount of 3-5 trial sets. Which are sent to the department for verification.

  • Step 3

If the response is positive and the trial products sold meet the needs of the division, we move on to fulfilling quantitative requests for the production of parts on an ongoing basis by engaging new manufacturers. If there is a need to make amendments to the finished product, another trial batch is ordered with the necessary changes.
